John H. - great news! Glad to hear it. I will add that I know of a
farm family near here (Alma, ON) - Inke Booey and Martin de Groot
(pardon the misspelling) who are just gearing up to produce their own
brand of organic milk. They are certified organic dairy producers,
and are investing in their own processing facilities. I think they
will come "on-line" this year. Don't know the name they will use,
but I am looking forward to patronizing their products. Ann
