Be forewarned that the interface is a little cumbersome (from my
computer, anyway) but don't let that keep you from responding to this
opportunity to share your thoughtful ideas and vision.

Subject: (Fwd) Scenario Web Site On-Line
CHANGE HAPPENS! Cooperative Extension and the Land Grant System will be
changing! DO YOU WANT TO HELP MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN????
A working group of the Personnel and Organizational Development Committee
(PODC) in partnership with the Strategic Planning Council (SPC) and the
Experiment Station Committee on Policy (ESCOP) has been looking at change
within the system and is using a scenario building process to gather input
from everyone who has an interest in what we may look like and how we may
function in 2010. This project was approved by ECOP at their fall meeting.
The Scenario Page can be accessed one of two ways (1) Go to the CSREES Web
Site (URL http://www.reeusda.gov); click on "The System At Work"; click on
"PODC Scenarios;" OR you may go directly to the scenario page by using the
direct URL http://www.reeusda.gov/system/
PLEASE FORWARD THIS MESSAGE to [...lists and tell people...]
to provide input before 1/6/99. Input is welcome beyond that date, but if
received by January 6, it will be useful for the next PODC meeting.
Questions pertaining to data input may be directed to Linda Webb at
firstname.lastname@example.org or to AJ Dye at email@example.com. Technical questions
regarding the web site should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org. An
e-mail link to the webmaster will be provided on each page of the web site.
