I've gotten a few answers about H2O2 since I asked my question. Lloyd's
contact, Gordon Montgomery at Agri-Life, Goreville, IL, 618-995-2313, sells
food grade hydrogen peroxide at 35% concentration and suggests a 2-3%
solution for disease control. (Drugstore H2O2 is a 3% solution.)
BioSafe Systems (Glastonbury, CT 1-888-273-3088) sells ZeroTol, an oxidizer
which is more then just H2O2. It is not labeled for vegetables, but is
certified for organic farms by CCOF and maybe others. It apparently kills
spores on contact. Early next year, BioSafe'll introduce another product
Oxydate, the same as ZeroTol, but labeled for vegetables.
Thanks to those who helped.
