BgH and pork chops

You have my attention. With two granddaughters under the age of 6, how can
my daughter prevent their ingestion of BgH if milk is not labled "Bgh Free"?
Is this hormone destroyed with the dehydration process since pasteurization
does not? Is it concentrated in cheese and yogurts? Please do not suggest
soy as I did. She cannot afford soy on her Army paycheck, and I don't think
soy is an option with the WIC program on which she relies.

A bit of trivia for you pork producers. The price of pork, as of last week,
at the Whiteman AFB commissary did not reflect the price of pork. That is
a supermarket chain which your government can "influence".

Sincerely
Kathie Teuscher
