1. I must agree, 167% is one heck of a lot of aluminum. Does
ALCOA know about this?

3. Consider taking a course in geochemistry to learn something
about natural processes which control the biological availability of
many of the elements which concern you.

The reason most of the micro-nutrients you need are not included in
commercial formulations is that they occur naturally in soil in
amounts adequate for plant and animal needs, provided you eat the
plant and not the soil.
