Position Description: A tenure-track, 9-month position. The
successful candidate would be expected
to assume a major commitment to Extension education and develop an
applied research program
within the Nursery/Landscape Industry. Knowledge and experience in
dealing with new low-input
landscape ecosystems is emphasized. Candidate will also be
expected to teach undergraduate courses.
Qualifications: A Ph.D. in horticulture or related science
required. Applicants must have a
knowledge of, and work experience with, the production nursery and
commercial landscape industry.
The position requires excellent communication skills and
significant travel.
