Splitting list - NO.

I vote for not splitting the list. Sometimes questions get
answered in discussions and sometimes you get information from
unexpected sources. Let's just try to do a better job of
identifying the issue on the subject matter line, so if we don't
have time to read everything, we can delete what we don't want or
put it in a file to read later.
