To split or not to split?

I concur with those whom prefer not to split. There is often no clear distinct
ion between questions and conversation/discussion/editorializing. Judicious us
e of key words could relieve us of the "burden" of time-consuming and eye-strai
ning reading; however, I suspect that most of us have already mastered the art
of selective browsing. Even announcements of meetings, workshops, etc. sometim
es evoke heated discussion. GKE
