Can I assume that all parties agree that with BST, a cow produces
more milk with no increase in feed intake?
Never mind the other inputs for now.
If my assumption is correct, the production-economic case
for BST seems pretty strong with grain-fed dairy production.
If my assumption is incorrect, then the opponents of BST seem not to
be using one of their best arguments.
Today is the big day; friends and the press are asking, and I would
like to know what to say.
