Research and Product Development Director
Phytotechnologies, Inc., an early stage biotechnology company is seeking
an individual with biopesticide research and product development
experience. The position will require skills in product
formulation research, field testing, pilot scale production, and EPA
product registration. Applicants for this position should have excellent
writing skills, command of statistical research methods, and personal
computer skills in word processing, spread-sheets, data base management,
and computer communications. As a member of a research and product
development team the individual chosen must have proven "people skills",
and a desire to assume a leadership role in directing junior research
associates. Experience in a small research and development company will
be valuable.
Education requirment: Masters or PhD degree in plant pathology,
microbiology, botany, or related field.
