Seeds to Mongolia

I received a call from a couple whose son and daughter-in-law are
working in Mongolia to increase the level of food self-sufficiency
amongst the inhabitants.

They are looking for open-pollinated seeds of garden vegetables
adapted to Mongolia's high, dry, windy, cold climate.

The particular problem, however, is *getting* the stuff to Ulan
Baator. Parcels sent through Moscow tend to disappear. Parcels send
through Beijing are limited to 2 kilos and cost $35.

If you, or someone you know, is going to Ulan Baator and can carry
several kilos of seeds as baggage, it would be very much appreciated.
