CALL FOR ABSTRACTS/PROPOSALS

Just a reminder that the deadline is FEBRUARY 15 for submitting
abstracts, papers and proposals for panel sessions for the June 9-12,
1994 conference on Cuisine, Agriculture and Social Change. Abstracts
(or completed papers) and proposals are welcome on any topic dealing
with cuisine, food habits, food policy, sustainable agriculture,
bioethics, value systems as they relate to food production or
consumption, and the like (the list goes on and on ... and on).
