Subject: large data bases

Any agriculture researchers out there? I am working on a project to develop
an agriculutural Health Hazard Evaluation data base and need some suggestions
from those that may have done something similar. The data consist of reports
from various agricultural industries. There is employee health data,
exposure data, etc... We are looking for ideas on the best way to go about
abstracting data from the various reports...ANY suggestions would be
appreciated. We are going to use the Paradox software as our data base.
