To whom it may concern,
Must relocate before the New Year's Eve December 31, 1998.
I am a single 40 year old male (divorced) with one nine year old child
who lives with her mother in Texas somewhere.
Interested in the immediate purchase of 2-5 acres of choice land for
living and special projects.
Must have at least 1-2 acres of this land free of trees and large shrubs
for crops and possibly pasture. =A0 Can't use swamp or rocky soil. No
flood zones please...
Springs, caves, creek included would be super, but not absolutely
required. =A0 We are vegetarian and so not interested in sharing a lake
or similar water reservoir where sports are taking place.
Quiet is a plus.
Need with small mobile home or large camper. Will consider standing
structures as long as there is not too much accumulation of debris and
has sufficient space for living with utilities.
Proximity to post office, hardware, farmers market and so on within a
five mile radius is helpful, but not absolutely required.
This property will be used for living and an agricultural
self-sufficiency project as part of my work with the developing
community service organization known as Ooasis, Inc.
(a 501(c)(3) charitable religiously oriented nondenominational
vegetarian organization seeking to restore family values and a
Will be developing and learning through hands-on bio-dynamic organic
agricultural methods which would also include research and development
of home-scale alternative energy projects. =A0Information earned will be
organized for presentation and distribution over the internet where
Ooasis is providing information, referrals, guidance and counseling
locally and globally. Due to funding limitations work has been limited
to the internet.
If funding permits would like to develop this acreage in conjunction
with a suburban office which should include vegetarian food relief,
community gardens, and other services for relief and rehabilitation with
at least possibly simply an office for pastoral counseling.
Looking to volunteerism, gifts and grants for the maintenance and
development of this organization. Keeping fund-raising projects under
control as much as possible and with respect to recommended guidelines &
limitations for nonprofit organizations.
Since this organization is based on a reverance for all life we do not
want to support air, water, noise, or earth pollution. We believe in and
develop cruelty-free nonabusiveness in all things recommending
homeschooling and homebusiness especially agrarian and always
encouraging cruelty-free nonabusive standards at all times.
Have at least $1K in cash stored in the bank for the purchase of living
arrangements such as a camper, but looking for a package deal that would
include living arrangements. This is needed due to limitations in
regards to assistance with relocation. It is necessary to make the
relocation once and final.
I do administrative and developmental work for Ooasis, but Ooasis cannot
afford to pay me a salary or offer a definite reimbursement plan at this
time. I would like to depend on agrarian self-sufficiency for all of my
needs, but living with government assistance on a disability in the mean
Expecting financial assistance from relatives in regards to the
liquidation of the family estate. This means a $1K to $20K price range.
If you have enough interest in the project being developed and would
like the property to be in the name of this nonprofit organization, then
your donation would be tax-deductible. You simply need to keep
sufficient record of the donation. This would be in the name of Ooasis,
Inc. which has been duly registered with IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt
Of course, any thoughtfulness during this Holiday Season would be most
