I was hoping someone (other than myself) would answer this post, because I'm
interested in the problem as well. I think that unless the hog lagoon (as we
call them in NC) is pretty old and no longer in use, the water will not have
enough oxygen to support fish.
There is a hog research discussion group that may have an answer for you.
