Dear Thomas Wittman,

MAny thanks for your response. Unfortunately I am going to be travelling
for the next couple of weeks and I do not know if I can pass on any more
messages. However I will try and send some updates via a hotmail address
and maybe you can send it to sanet. I am actually going down south where
all the action is and I will be getting more information.

Messages of support can be sent to Prof.Nanjundaswamy who is spearheading
the movement at "swamy.krrs@aworld.net"

Messages requesting the government to take action against Monsanto for
what are essentially illegal actions, can be sent to

1.The Speaker, Lok Sabha, Janpath, New Delhi, 110001
2. The Speaker, Vidhan Sabha, Hyderabad, 500004.

The latter, the state legislature of Andhra Pradesh has already discussed
the issue, and with some more international pressure may support
government action against Monsanto's field trials. The chief minister of
the state is quite a dynamic person, and is amenable to reason.

Alternatively email messages may be sent to my address, and I will
consolidate and pass on the messages.

Thanks and regards
