Hi Leo. Altho I think hemp may be good for paper making, I doubt if it's
much good for medicine, because medical drugs in general don't seem to
really be healthful and I guess the same applies to herbal drugs. It's
only when herbs supply nutrients that they seem to be actually
healthful. Drugs are not nutritional; they're poisonous. Tho drugs can
accomplish things like opening the airways for asthmatics, it's probably
not healthful, unless someone is dying and can't get water. But water
shortage is the reason for constriction of bronchial tubes in the first
place, according to Dr. Batmanghelidj, who wrote "Your Body's Many Cries
for Water." Drugs are given to relieve symptoms, but they don't correct
the causes of the problems. Most illness is due to lack of proper
nourishment and the major nutrient is water. I used to have lots of
headaches and backaches, but since drinking extra water starting about a
year ago, I have very few any more. The doctor said a surprisingly large
number of symptoms are due to water shortage and that includes both
major and minor illnesses. About 2 quarts of water are needed by the
average adult each day. That's minimum. For a person doing extra
sweating, even more water may be needed. And that means water free of
chlorine, fluoride and other pollutants. --- Marijuana may not be the
worst drug for short term use, but it does apparently cause memory loss
after long-term use. There are over 300 toxins in marijuana, so I don't
see it as a health food. The drug companies are always looking for
"remedies" that can bring them profits and that usually isn't from
anything healthy. The healthiest things are usually cheap. Aloha. Lloyd
