Did a quick Infoseek search over lunch. (Yahoo must have been taking a
long lunch.) "Black oats" turned up 21 hits. Didn't have time to do much
exploring. Some of the hits looked like ornamental seed companies.
One hit was to a list of papers by Wayne Reeves, USDA researcher stationed
at Auburn, including:
