For yopur information there was a cluster of cases of spongiform
encelopathy (mad cows disease) in humans in tennessee a few years ago
as reported in the CDC. The transmitting agent was from eating
squirrel brains. Does anyone know if there are any us cases related
to beef, or other animals ?
