How make neg. Hydrogen Ions for health?

Hi Friends, etc. Dr. Patrick Flanagan said on a tape I heard lately that
he has invented a product that provides abundant negative hydrogen ions
[each consisting of a proton and 2 electrons], which is in capsule form
and to be taken with 8 oz. of water. These ions are the same ions found
in Hunza water and other glacial waters at high altitudes where numerous
long-lived people dwell. These negative ions are antioxydants and each
capsule has the equivalent antioxydant effect as one thousand or so
capsules of vitamin C. Flanagan said they are effective at neutralizing
pathogenic micro-organisms and venoms, which are positively charged. Two
testimonials mentioned minimal effects from a scorpion bite and a
probable brown recluse spider bite after taking several capsules of
these ions. The brand name is Microhydrin. Since oxydation is the main
cause of aging, this abundant antioxydant slows or stops aging. The tape
mentioned pet cats being given these ions and gaining renewed life. So I
figure most or all animals could benefit from the same supplement. I
don't recall hearing any trials with plants. I wonder if oxydation is
also a problem for them. Anyway, since the capsules cost about $40 for
30 or so, they're a little expensive, so I'd like to know if anyone
knows any other practical ways to produce negative hydrogen ions in
great numbers and put them in food or water for ingestion or feeding
animals or plants. Brown's gas contains monatomic hydrogen, so maybe
electrons could somehow be supplied to it. But it seems risky, since the
gas is explosive or implosive. Hunza water is said to receive the
hydrogen ions from the higher atmosphere and to hold them via certain
minerals in the water, which is initially ice. I also reread Flanagan's
book, Pyramid Power, and in it he said the best pyramid is one with a
hole in the center of each side, the diameter being 1/3 of the base. The
previous pyramids I mentioned were only frames. The first experiments
involved pyramids with covered frames. Then it was found that holes in
the covers are better. He said if you use 300 gauss bar magnets, one on
each side about a foot or two away, the pyramid can be aligned with the
magnets instead of the magnetic poles of the earth, and the same pyramid
effects will result. He said a grape grower used pyramid treated water
and grew two and a half times as many grapes as normal. Aquaponics would
be a good thing to try pyramid treated water on too. I look forward to
any comments or answers to questions. Aloha. Lloyd
