The Canadian Embassy in Washington is administering
a program to provide funding support to PhD students.
This is for students at US universities (US citizens
or permanent residents) who wish to conduct research
at a Canadian institution.
Research should be in the social sciences and
humanities. Priority topics include trade, economic
issues, environment, and natural resources. (I think
sustainable agr. could fit quite easily)
Deadline is Oct 31, 1998.
