Hi Bill and Friends. It appears that Clinton and others, like Bush and
the major media, are guilty of far greater crimes than adultery and
perjury. Len Horowitz's book, Emerging Viruses: Aids and Ebola ...,
shows that corruption is apparently widespread in our gov't and in big
business, which seems largely to control the gov't. I'm concerned that
the USDA is apparently trying to work things out in favor of big
business once more and against the general public in how they plan to
define the term organic and to take control of organic certification,
making it way too expensive for the small growers -- to the tune of
$2000/yr plus inevitable yearly increases. I'm mainly conservative, but
conservatives and liberals can agree that big business has to be
stopped. Horowitz shows that much of big business has a fascist,
Nazi-like agenda. I think our best hope is local governments where our
voices can still be heard. County Action News is a hopeful sign that's
on the net. I also like the ideas of many intentional communities which
promote consensus decision making, which I think is ultimately the only
way to end corruption [see www.ic.org]. In the meantime, I'd like to
hear people spread the word about what the USDA is trying to do to the
organic movement. Can anyone provide us with a brief summary of the main
points in the USDA scheme on defining organic and on certification?
Aloha. Lloyd
