The Minnesota Project is seeking a full-time Program Assistant for our renewable
energy and sustainable agriculture programs. The new staff person will assist
senior program staff in implementing work with diverse coalitions for which we
provide leadership, communications, policy analysis, and coordination to help
our partners achieve mutual policy goals.

This position is right for an enthusiastic, self-directed generalist who is well
organized, can keep track of details, is creative in getting the job done, and
gets satisfaction from seeing the results of their work. The position requires
excellent verbal and writing skills, including computer experience. The best
candidate will be passionate about environmental and rural community issues. BA
required. Compensation is mid-twenties, depending on experience, plus a
generous benefits package. Office location is flexible (in Minnesota.)
