Seed saving/farmer involvement

Howdy, all--

Does anyone know of any Web sites or list servers devoted to the
issue of farmer-generated seed breeding programs or projects? A
farmer in Wisconsin is looking for on-line resources. He is
interested in and has practiced seed-saving, breeding, increase, and
selection in test plots on his own farm and wants to network with
others who do this.

Also, for those of you who may be interested, I did a Web search
earlier this summer for wome women farmers in the West Indies who
are looking for heirloom and open pollinated seed sources. Holler,
and I'll pass it along.

peace
misha
