Funds for Sheep?

I received a call from an extension educator who said a farmer in his county
told him he thought there was a foundation (or some source of funds) that
would help a producer transition from a "less sustainable livestock
operation to a more sustainable one" (he's thinking of going from hogs to
sheep). I am aware of the North Central SARE producer grants, but does
anyone know of other sources of funds for such as this?
