Just for reference. The points I raised remain unresolved here.

Their work is premised on the twenty protein amino acids as primary human food. Their analyses include testing various crops under differing conditions for their free amino acid content, using liguid chromatography. Organically grown foods and older cultivars demonstrate remarkable difference from hybrids and conventional food when considered for their free amino acid contents. Kapuler and Gurusiddiah's work not only challenges our current food production system, but also challenges our entire paradigm of nutritional analysis. For more information write directly to Deep Diversity at 2385 SE Thompson St., Corvallis, OR 97333. Request back copies of the Peace Seeds Resource/Research Journal. There is a cost to these publications, as all the research was funded out of pocket. The journals also contain fascinating investigations into the coevolutionary layout for the plant "kindom".
