It depends on what kind of worms your want to get rid of. I've never
bred pigs but I have dogs, and I've used garlic to get rid of pin worms,
papaya seeds or pomegrante for round worms and pumpkin seed kernals for
tape worms.

You would make the garlic or pumpkin seed kernals (use a toe nail
clipper to clip 2 sides of the seed coat and expell the kernal), into a
paste, put a stick crosswise into a back corner of the animals mouth and
put the pellets as far back as possible into their throat so they'll
have to swallow it - and fast them a bit before doing it, so it'll go
down on an empty stomach.

It works.
