In reply to Misha's question, the Wallace Institute is not currently doing
any program work on pfiesteria. Mark Keating in the policy office did
direct me to Dr.
Joanne Burkholder's excellent site on the subject:

The site was last updated in late June, and apparently does not yet reflect
the findings on pfiesteria and cognitive defects reported in The Lancet.
