Good questions--and my list is what some good moves are to take here--like

--going to the city council with a resolution prohibiting such clauses
--going to the Planning Commission
__writing to the corporate headquarters and asking them not to include the
exclusionary clause in their contract
--speaking at their corporate annual meeting against the clause's use

Can people contribute more to these questions and answers?

I'm wanting to know because we have a new Lucky coming in and we also just
got a Farmer's Market restarted after years of not having one.
