Govt. subsidies for sustainable farmers

Hello all!
I seem to remember seeing something recently about new subsidy
standards that will allow farmers using sustainable practices such as
crop rotations to be eligible for subsidies or other govt. farm
program benefits. Can anyone give me more information (if this is
true)? Thanks!
