It's what many of us suspected might be the case but this is probably the first
hard evidence......
The BBC and many of the UK national papers have carried a story today (10
August 98) about potential health risks from transgenic potatoes. A Scottish
research institute has been feeding them to rats and found that the rats growth
rates were affected.
I haven't read the details yet but if no one else does I will update you all
later.
