Chlor Trimeton is an older but effective antihistimine that also comes in an
injectable presentation (not that many are), for quicker action and cases
where vomiting won't permit retention of an oral dose. (It can even be
adminsitered IV, but better check on the dilution required, and don't go that
route unless it's really needed).

The mind is a map that's only as accurate as the conscious inputs it receives,
within the context of the environment (internal and external) in which it has
to function. That map can direct or allow us to perform actions (hopefully)
appropriate toward resolving or solving the task at hand. But it's just the
tip of the iceberg - the door to the moment at hand - and there are a lot of
ways of doing things that aren't dependant on little bottles (or boxes) that
other people sell - so you can be a little less dependant too, if you're
mind's well fed. Feed it, and it feeds you, to help you place yourself (and
your mind) in an appropriate environment, or clean the one you have.
