RE: Varroa mite in bees/UK

There was an article in USDA's magazine "Agricultural Research" (Aug. 97)
indicates the smoke from grapefruit leaves causes varroa mites to fall of bees
without harming the bees.

The scientist listed at the end of the article is-

Is there any treatment that works on the mites???
