Many thanks to all of you who responded to my request for case studies
about organic farms, for use in a class about organic agriculture here at
UK. Now I have a bigger request.
Do any of you own, manage, or know of organic farms between Lexington, KY,
and Kutztown, PA (Rodale), through either the Ohio or West Virginia routes?
If so, could you please give me the name and contact information of the
person I would need to talk to, to visit the farm?
The reason for this request is that I would like to plan a week long trip
for the students in my class, so we could actually visit and see working
organic farms.
Please reply directly to me, and if you do not want your name placed on the
list in a summary, please tell me that too.
