The Netherlands and other EU countries are working on other
energysources and even the big dirty SHELL company while still
polluting african countries is working on sustainable energy in
Europe.
Because fossil fuel is taxed in most EU countries there is a need to
find other sources and this can cause the US to stay behind if they
don't start developing sustainable energyproductionmethodes.
