Try <www.carl.org>. You can register and search for the article using
the "uncover" data base. If they've got it, you can buy it individually
(the cost will be quoted) and can have it mailed or faxed to you (maybe
e-mailed - I don't recall).

<www.bic.nus.edu.sg/journal/A.html> also has many links to biological
journals and the C.A.B. abstracts.

On the other hand, if you're near ANY public or university library that
does exchanges with other libraries, even if they don't have it they
should be able to get it for you at a relatively reasonable cost.
