I've received this excellent text four times today, three with the following
intro by Vandana Shiva that was left off of Steve Driver's posting of it: It
sets a very important context for her statement, though given the corporate
propensity to pose libel suits these days, perhaps we need to "black out"
the word "totalitarian" before distributing it???
