Find out how easy it is to make delicious cheese and yogurt at home.
Saturday, July 25, 1998, from 9 AM to 2 PM, join Roslyn Levin-Gold, gourmet
cook and dairymaid, to learn simple techniques for turning milk into cottage
cheese, Feta and yogurt, at the Lightstone Foundation in Moyers, Pendleton
County West Virginia. A $15 fee for the workshop includes lunch, prepared
with the various milk products made that day. Recipes, reference materials
and an equipment list and plans for making your own cheese press are
provided. Cheese and yogurt culture will be available for sale. For more
