planting fluffy grass seed

We're trying to plant grasses native to Maryland, including Andropogon
virginicus and A. gerardii, among other light, fluffy seeds, and would
like to speak with folks who've been planting them (preferably in this
region) by any means other than hand broadcasting. Thanks. Nancy
