Hello to all,
Dr. Rufus Chaney and other scientists in his lab are investigating the use
of plants to remove metals from soils (e.g. nickel, zinc...)... I don't
think that their group is investigating the remediation of soils
contaminated with organic compounds. However, Dr. Kudjo Zantor at the U of MD is
investigating methods for accelerating biological degradation of organic
compounds such as industrial solvents and explosives.
