The one I had ,had a real pink flower and the flower was pointing up . I
think some folks use this flower in a religious ceremony. the seeds were
jet black and were everywhere in the banana. Did not like the banana but
the flower was sure nice. I heard the story of keeping the papa bear and
the mommy bear and the baby bear so you always have 3 sucker plants going
at all times .1. a tall one ready to throw fruit (papa)and a next size
down {mama}and a pup"baby". I use to do that and got bigger bananas. I
like the mysore, from India myself. I feel this one does good here its a
desert banana and you can eat it out of hand and also use it for green
banana in soup etc. I have heard a banana and a good glass of water every
day will keep the doctor away as good as a good apple any day.
