organic resources

In Missouri we are putting together 4 regional workshops in December
on organics catering each workshop to that region. Some will focus
more on vegetables while others on field crops. All will have
information on transition, certification and marketing. We hope to
draw in extension and other agencies assisting farmers as well as the
farmers themselves.

I have been accumulating some materials as resources already. My
question to you all is what resources are you familar with that could
be helpful in presenting/teaching organic information and handouts for
participants.
