I work for a non-profit community development organization in Colorado. We
are currently working with a group of agrarians in the Applegate Valley of
Oregon. They have asked us the questions listed below. We are not experts
in agriculture and could use your help. If you have any info, please
reply. Thanks.

1. Appropriate models for Organic Growers Cooperatives -
Look nationally, but narrow to what might be appropriate
for us here in the Northwest/Southern Oregon.

2. Regional Sustainable Agriculture Conference.
We would like to put on one and are interested in learning
about others that have happened. Structure, topics,
funders,etc.

3. Cooperative Secondary Food Processing Facilities.
How they are organized, designed, operated, funded, etc.
Focus on organic if poosible.

4. Educational Outreach for Viable Crops for our area.
What are some new crops, such as St. John's Wort.
What crops do processors need (hard to find crops)?
Wildcrafting opportunities? What are ways to get
and convey this information to people who have land
but don't know what to grow?
