1) interest in ethnic produce and whether its presence makes a difference
in total market revenue;
2) reasons why folks generally, and low-income Latinos specifically, come
to the market;
3) reasons why folks generally, and low-income Latinos specifically, DON'T
shop at farmers' markets;
4) documented results of promotional strategies.
I'm also interested in the specifics of strategies which have been tried
to increase farmers' market use by low-income people (other than the
Farmers Market Nutrition Program).
Any leads? Thanks for sending them along, if so.
