That's a nice list of items at the website Darlene posted
below, but those website titles are separate from items in
the Alternative Field Crops Manual which I am not aware
are on-line. Does anybody else know if the fact sheets contained
in the Alternative Field Crops Manual are available on the web?

The Alternative Field Crops Manual--containing fact sheets on
a long list of crops like Broomcorn, Buckwheat, Amaranth--is a real
goldmine for county agents and sustainable ag advisors, because one of
the things farmers need help with is diversification into alternative crops
for economic and agronomic reasons such as rotations, break crops, catch
crops, etc.
