Daniel Good I see you understand what I mean that by organic growers chain
of evidence {our organic record keeping
}is just one reason the food is safer. you know what was used on your
food from pre seed at least 3 years to in the mouth. farm inputs and
where applied how much and when dates, we keep these records for years and
can tell you were every bit of food went and I can tell you how it was
grown and I do. that is a big difference right there and with an audit
trail etc.State ag. inspectors checking inputs and some folks even have
yearly inspections and residue tests and a certifier to testify to the
whole operation giving up land because of chemical farmers drift to me
this is one of the things that makes organic food much safer. This is only
one reason organic food at this time is safer there are many more. Can you
folks think of any. Sure the big talk right now is pathogens because
they kill quick and are sad indeed and kill many yet I feel pesticide
damage may linger but in the long run dead is dead and sick is sick. And
even with pathogens organic meat growers with our audit trail will be able
to tell what farm the food came from not just what packing house but what
farm even Vice President new network Pulse Net (great idea by the way )
does not go back to the source, the farm like organic growers can. another
reason organic food is safer . What about safer for the bees and safer for
the birds. Did you hear the one about people not able to make babies
because pesticide mixes mimic estrogens.

and to our friend Wilson who feels using pesticides is safer and than not
using them how can this be and he said there is such a small amount no need
to worry well check out:

Wilson what about when the mid west flooded and people could not drink the
water because of the pesticide run off. how fast they forget. Water water
every where but none fit to drink. All the water was poison by what?
Pesticides runoff and what about the EPA saying that many folks drink too
much pesticides because the water purification systems can not get it out
to this day . the drinking water in some US cities has more pesticide than
the World says is safe. What do you think the EPA is trying to clean up
when they talk about clean drinking water. and people have to drink and
shower in that stuff.
