The Kansas Information Express Disc, CD-4, contains 2,500 Agricultural
Experiment Station and Extension publications (full-text, searchable,
many illustrations) from Kansas State University and other information
resources. See our web page at

to view many of the publications. Some publications on the CD-ROM are
not on the web pages.
The disc contains Adobe Acrobat Reader + Search software that runs under
Microsoft Windows
and on Apple Macintosh computers. System Requirements for either
Windows or Macintosh include 16 MB of RAM , 40M of hard disk space and a
CD-ROM drive.
Topics include: Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Crops
and Soils, Forage, Forestry, Grain Science, Horticulture, Insects,
Livestock, Plant Diseases, Wildlife Management, Water Quality,
Nutrition, etc.
Cost including postage is $20 (wait for our bill, don't pay in advance),
available from orderpub@oz.oznet.ksu.edu. Special deal available for
Kansas libraries and schools.
