Farmers selling meat at farmers markets

In Kansas a few similar complaints have centered around selling frozen
chickens at a farmers' market , cooking sausages in facilities that fail
strict standards, and selling state inspected meats across a state line.
Local and state regs place real barriers to direct marketing and are not
easily resolved. Be civil and persistent.
