hi there,
I'm a junior at the University of Vermont and I'm going abroad next
semester to the School for Field Studies' Sustainable Development program
in Atenas, Costa Rica. (Atenas is about 20-30 miles outside of San Jose.)
I know that they also have a summer program there, so you can probably
visit during July because there will definitely be people there.

This will lead you to a woman named Kristen (I don't
remember her last name) who is the US coordinator of the Costa Rica
program. She should point you in the right direction. good luck!
