Can anyone point this couple to Sustainable Agriculture/Sustainable
Development projects in Central America (see message below)?

Greetings: This summer, during the entire wet month of August, my wife and
I will be visiting the Central American countries of Belize, Guatemala,
Hondorus and El Salvador. We plan to relocate to this region in the near
future. We are very interested in learning more about and possibly
visiting any "sustainable agricultural" development projects in those
countires. Do you have any connections(people/organizations) that could
provide useful information, thus bringing us closer to that goal?
